财政政策在危机后我国经济复苏中的定位研究

摘　　要：席卷全球的金融危机对我国的经济增长造成了十分显著的影响,我国经济不可避免地要经历一个下行和复苏的过程。财政政策是政府面对危机进行宏观调控的有力手段,我国在宏观调控中需要以财政政策的目标为出发点,分析政策的有效性和现实中存在的问题,明确财政政策在我国当前形势下的功能定位,从提振信心和保障民生两方面着力,加速推动我国经济复苏。The worldwide financial crisis has brought an obvious impact on China＇s economic growth. Its economy is unavoidably experiencing a period of depression and recovery. Fiscal policy is a strong macro-control means to deal with the crisis. During the macro-control, the Chinese government should start with the target of its fiscal policy to analyze the validity and practical problems of the policy, to clarify the functional orientation of the fiscal policy at the present situation, and to accelerate the process of recovery both by raising the confidence and improving the people＇s livelihood.
