摘  要:在电泳显示微胶囊的制备过程中,乳化剂是非常关键的一个因素。以尿素和甲醛为壁材,采用原位聚合法制备出脲醛树脂微胶囊,并对乳化剂的种类、用量(浓度)和两种乳化剂之间的复配等因素对微胶囊的形成、形态和质量的影响进行了系统的研究。结果表明,以Span-80、Tween-80为乳化剂时,制得的胶囊表面圆滑,形貌较好,尤其以Tween-80为乳化剂时所制备的胶囊最理想;而且,当Tween-80的用量为0.039g时所制备胶囊的形貌质量最好。另外,在一定范围内,随着乳化剂用量的减小,微胶囊的形貌反而更好;同时,胶囊的粒径随着乳化剂量的减小有递增的趋势。乳化剂之间的复配结果表明,随着HLB值的增大,即复配组分中SDS的比例越大,胶囊的粒径越小,团聚加剧。红外光谱分析结果亦表明四氯乙烯已被包覆在胶囊的内部。Emulsifier is a key factor in the process of preparation of electrophoretic display mierocapsules. Electrophoretic microcapsules were prepared via in-situ polymerizaton using urea-formaldehyde resin as the outer membrane,and the effects of emulsifier on the preparation of microcapsules via in situ polymerization of urea-formaldehyde were studied. The results show that Span-80 and Tween-80 as the Emulsifier, especially while the consumption of Tween-80 is 0. 039g (0.66×10^-3 mol/L), the eleetrophoretic microcapsules have many merits, such as smooth surface, transparence, good dispersivity and complete morphology, etc. In a certain range, with the decrease of the consumption of emulsifier, the shape and surface of microcapsules is better instead. Meanwhile,the size of mieroeapsules has the tendency to increase progressively with the decrease of the consumption of emulsifier. When SDS and Tween-80 were mixed and used,the size of mieroeapsules becomes smaller and the microcapsules are eonglobulated seriously with the increase of HLB values. The results of IR indicate that C2Cl4 is eneapsuled.
