摘　　要：引渡问题是中国与东盟成员国间刑事司法合作中的重要内容。双方在引渡合作方面取得了很大发展,通过双边引渡条约的签署和适用,初步建立了刑事司法与打击犯罪的合作机制。在刑事司法协助、警务合作、情报交流、案件协查等方面尚应加强,在引渡制度方面尚需完善。The issue of extradition is an important content in China and ASEAN member countries＇ criminal judicial cooperation. In recent years, China and ASEAN member countries＇ extradition have achieved great development by the signing of a bilateral extradition treaty and application and initially setting up the crime and criminal justice cooperation mechanisms. However, the problems are obvious and measures are needed to promote China and the ASEAN member countries to improve extradition system.
