复杂网络结构视角下中关村产业集群创新能力分析

摘　　要：通过复杂网络结构分析发现,中关村产业集群具有短平均路径、高异质性度分布、高集聚系数的结构特征。这使中关村产业集群创新能力处于风险运行状态:企业技术创新出现"等靠要"现象;集群创新能力高度依赖于少数大企业;网络呈锁定趋势。建议:完善知识产权保护机制,分散集散节点的资源与社会连接,进行集群外联,使中关村产业集群拥有合适的平均路径、度分布、集聚系数,进而使中关村产业集群创新能力回归正常运行状态。This paper first analyzes the network＇s structure and development of Zhongguancun industrial cluster, and proposes that Zhongguancun industrial cluster is a complex network. Investigating structure, we find that Zhongguancun industrial distribution and high clustering coefficient, which operate in risk. Corporation＇s technology innovation cluster has short average path length, complex network＇s uneven degree make Zhongguancun industrial cluster＇s innovation ability ＂wait, rely and want＂, cluster＇s innovation ability depends on several large companies; rWttwork was somehow lock-in. We propose that intellectual property protection strategy should be perfected, hub＇s resources and social linkages should be decentralized, and cluster＇s linkages with outside should be established, so that Zhongguancun industrial cluster has proper average path length, degree distribution and clustering coefficient, and Zhongguancun industrial cluster＇s innovation ability could operate normally
