摘　　要：从不同方面论述了企业采用利益相关者治理模式是解决产品质量问题的治本之道。企业因各种原因,会出现不同的产品质量问题。企业作为产品的提供主体对产品质量的保持/提升有着举足轻重的作用,因此解决产品质量问题的根本途径在于促使企业从内部产生保证质量并持续改进的动力。产品质量问题主要有4种情况:假冒伪劣产品,产品质量不能持续保持,低质高价乃至劣质高价,可质疑的产品质量。在对这些情况的成因进行分析的基础上提出,采取利益相关者治理模式的企业因其具备更强的社会责任感、有长期利益诉求、员工参与治理及信息共享的特点,从而内生出应对上述问题的保持/提升产品质量的内在动力,并在出现问题时及时纠正,形成良性循环。This article discusses from different aspects that stakeholder governance model is the fundamental road solution of enterprises, for enterprises to solve the products quality problems. Product quality is a reflection of the value but which for various reasons, there will be different quality problems. Enterprise as the main provider of products plays a decisive role on products quality maintenance and promotion, therefore the fundamental approach to solve the product quality problems is to promote impetus from within enterprises to provide quality assurance and continuous improvement. There are four kinds of situations to the product quality problem： Fake and inferior commodities; Product quality not being maintained; Poor quality with high price; Product quality without certification. The article, based on the arguing of the reason to those situations mentioned, expounded the view that the enterprises adopted the stakeholder governance model own the inherent motivation to maintain/improve the quality of the product and run well for the enterprises＇, strong responsibility to society, long-term demands for benefit, staff participation in the governance and information-sharing.
