杜文秀对外关系以及刘道衡“使英”问题的研究

摘　　要：杜文秀在对外关系问题上,他的态度是完全正确、坚决的,即决不允许侵略者以"探险队"的名义进入云南探测道路、绘制地图等,并命令他们即刻离境。而所谓"回教国"问题,不过是一份散发在西藏、四川等少数民族地区的阿拉伯文传单,被称为是一份"稀奇古怪的文件",早在100多年前有人就否定这份传单与大理政权之间存在什么关系。至于刘道衡出使英国,通过大量的新的资料研究显示,如《上杜公书》与《上英皇书》的剖析,英缅政府及伦敦方面对刘的怀疑等等,刘的所谓出使英国完全是他个人的行为,他以各式各样的手段从政治到经济,都满足了自己的欲望。而所有这一切,均与大理政权无关。Regarding the issue of Du Wenxiu＇ s relations with the outside, research result shows that Du Wenxiu was correct for he resolutely opposed the invaders to enter Yun＇ nan making survey to roads and drawing maps in the name of ＂exploration party＂. What is known as ＂issue of the Hui state＂ is just a leaflet written in Arabic that circulated in minority nationality -inhabited region in Tibet and Sichuan, and which was deemed as a ＂rare document＂. Study shows that as early as 100 years ago someone put forward an idea denying the relationship between ＂the document＂ and the Dali Administrative Regime. As to the matter of Liu Daoheng＇ s being sent as envoy to Britain, the author, through study made to historical documents such as ＂ Letter to the Revered Mr. Du＂, ＂Letter to the British Queen＂ as well as the British -Bummer government＇ s suspicious attitude to Liu＇ s conduct, etc. , deemed that it was Liu＇ a personal behaviour driven by political and economic lust. And it therefore has nothing to relate with the Dali Administrative Regime.
