信用缺失对我国专利战略工程的影响及对策分析

摘　　要：信用缺失的存在阻碍了我国专利战略工程的实施。对专利的产生、交易、签约以及保护研究发现,信用缺失对这一工程中的各个阶段都有一定影响。对此应采取完善信息披露制度,建立信用评价机制,发挥激励机制的动力作用和完善法律制度之对策。Insufficient credit has blocked the implementation of China＇s patent strategy. After observing the birth, transaction, contracting and protection concerning patent, we find that the insufficient credit exerts negative influence on every link. Therefore, we have to adopt the perfect information disclosure system, establish credit evaluation system, bring the stimulation mechanism into full play and improve the legal system.
