非稳定态氧化锆自强化铝基复合材料的制备与性能

摘  要:采用机械搅拌法将非稳定态氧化锆分别以0,3%,7%,10%加入到7075铝合金中,得到半固态浆料及铝基复合材料坯料,再触变成形。对比分析复合材料和基体合金的组织和性能。结果表明,添加适量非稳定态氧化锆可使铝合金枝晶转变为等轴晶,复合材料的冲击韧性αk和抗拉强度σb分别比基体合金提高25.9%和5.5%,延伸率则降低54%。Partially stabilized zirconia is added into 7075 aluminum alloy by mechanical stirring, and the dosage of zirconia is 0%, 3%, 7%, 1096, respectively. The semi-solid slurry and the stock of the composites are obtained, and the composites are prepared by thixoforming. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites and the matrix alloy are contrastively analyzed. The results show that the aluminum dendritic grain is changed to equiaxed grain by addition of proper quantity partially stabilized zireonia, comparison to the aluminum matrix alloy, the impact strength and tensile strength of the composites are increased by a factor of 25.9 % and 5.5 96, respectively, but the elongation percentage of the composites is decreased by 54 %.
