摘　　要：介绍大冶鑫泰有限责任公司含泥氧化矿采用制粒预处理-堆浸工艺进行的40t级现场扩大试验。矿石通过制粒预处理筑堆,经27d喷淋浸出,渣计铜浸出率75.11%,实际酸耗3.24t/t铜,粘结剂用量为0.6kg/t矿,浸出液清亮易萃取。The pilot plant test process in 40t scale of argillious oxidized copper ore from 4# ore body of Daye Xintai co. Ltd. by using the technology of the acidified granulation pretreatment-head leaching is described. The copper leaching rate in view of residue is 75.11% for 27d sulfuric acid solution spray leaching in pelletized ore. The actual consumption of the sulfuric acid and agglomerant are 3.24t/t-Cu and 0.6kg/t-ore, respectively. The leaching solution is clear and suitable for solvent extraction.
