摘　　要：为解决40Cr叉类件易淬裂问题 ,对其淬裂原因进行了分析。结果表明 ,解决40Cr叉类件淬裂的方法是提高合成淬火剂使用浓度。In order to disappear the hardening crack problems existed in 40Cr fork parts,the hardening crack causes are analyzed in this paper.It is shown by the results that the methods to disapper the hardening crack problems are increasing the concentration of synthetic harding agent.
