婴幼儿泪囊炎不同治疗方法效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨婴幼儿泪囊炎有效的治疗护理方法。[方法]分别采用泪囊挤压按摩、泪道加压冲洗与泪道探通治疗方法,对出生后2个月～3个月88例患儿91眼先以泪囊挤压按摩并滴抗生素眼液治疗,后给予加压冲洗泪道法,对以上治疗无效者进行泪道探通术。[结果]泪道挤压按摩治愈2眼,加压冲洗泪道治愈11眼,泪道探通术治愈72眼。[结论]婴幼儿泪囊炎应采取综合性治疗,同时做好患儿治疗过程中的护理工作。Objective： To probe into the rants with dacryocystitis. Methods： 88 eyes who were two to three month old effective treatment and nursing for in dacryocystitis infants with total 91 ill first accepted lacrimal sac crushed massage in combination with antibiotics ocular humor dropping eyes, then compression douching lacrimal passages was given to them, at last the lacrimal passages probing was carried out for patients whom the aforesaid treatments were ineffective for. Results： lacrimal sac crushed massage cured two eyes, compression douching lacrimal passages cured 11 eyes and lacrimal passages probing cured 72 eyes. Conclusion： comprehensive treatment should be adopted for infants with dacryocystitis,meanwhile the nursing work should be done well for them during treatment.
