摘　　要：目的利用COX比例风险模型中相对危险度分析PCNA及临床病理因素对80乳腺癌的预后指导价值。方法免疫组化SP法检测80例乳腺癌PCNA蛋白表达情况,COX比例风险模型分析预后。结果PCNA、淋巴结转移、年龄三个因素进入模型中,差异具有统计学意义,相对危险度分析,PCNA最高。结论PCNA、淋巴结转移是乳腺癌独立的预后因素,本组资料中PCNA的预后指导价值显著。Objective Prognosic value of PCNA and clinical pathology factors was analyses by Cox proportional hazards model in 80 cases breast cancer. Methods PCNA was detected by SP immunohistoehemical method. Multivariatrive cox proportional hazards model analysised prognosis. Results There were PCNA, metastasis of lymph node, age in cox equation,P 〈0.05. relative risk of PCNA was highest. Conclusions PCNA,metastasis of lymph node are independent prognostic factor. Prognostic value of PCNA is notable in this study.
