摘　　要：目的了解抗凝静脉血放置时间对血常规检测结果的影响。方法采集50份抗凝静脉血标本于室温保存,定时用全自动血球分析仪作血常规检测。结果抗凝血室温保存应在7h内完成标本的测定,如果放置时间超过13h,RBC、PLT的结果将发生变化,但变化没有规律性。Objective To find out the impact of the standing time of the anticoagulant blood upon the test results ; Methods Collecting 50 anticoagulant blood samples at room temperature, test them with automatic blood cell analyzer from time to time. Results Anticoagulants should be preserved at room temperature 7 hours to complete the determination of samples, if place the blood samples more than 13 hours at room temperature, the result of RBC, PLT will be changed, but the changes was irregular.
