摘　　要：文中阐述了装备采办与维修的关系及可靠性、维修性和保障性的重要作用，提出了贯彻全系统、全寿命的指导思想，加强装备采办与维修同步建设。This paper expounds the relation between purchasing equipment and maintenance, it also explains the important role of such a relation for reliability, maintenance and guarantee. A directing idea of carrying out complete system and complete longevity is put forward as the contermeasure to strengthen equipment and the synchronous maintenance.
