摘 要:在三相允许式保护装置特点分析的基础上,以某厂家分相允许式高频保护装置在现场的实际应用为例,通过几次典型的实际故障来详细说明目前存在的问题,主要表现在两个方面:一是二次回路设计问题;二是保护载波通道装置的性能参数与保护装置的配合问题。在目前状况下,可导致分相式保护装置有选择切除同杆并架双回输电线路跨线故障功能的消失,甚至在某些故障情况下的保护误动。文中给出了具体的整改措施。应用实践表明:此类型保护装置在实际中要正确发挥作用尚需研发、设计、运行维护人员的一致理解和统一配合。Based on the analysis of its characteristics and the practice performances of protection equipment with three phase permissive channels, some existent problems are discussed in detail through several typical faults. The main problems rested with two aspects, one is the design of secondary circuits, the other is the cooperation between protection sets and carder equipment. This condition can result in some limitations, such as function disappear of selective tripping the fault phases when some cross-country faults occur on the double circuit transmission lines on a same tower, and false action of protection sets in some instance. The modification measures are presented in this paper. The practice shows that uniform understanding and cooperation of researcher and designer and maintenance staff is necessary to take full advantage of this type of protection sets.
