摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定妇洁洗液中君药蛇床子素的含量。方法色谱柱为ZOR-BAX Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(65:35),检测波长:322nn,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为室温。结果蛇床于素在0.04～0.8μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=1),平均回收率为101.2%,RSD为2.2%。结论该法操作简便、快速,分离度好,重现性好,结果准确可靠,可用于妇洁洗液的质量控制。Objective To develop the HPLC method for Detenmination the Content of Osthole in FuJin Lotion by HPLC. Methods ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 （4. 6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）was used, consisting of acetonitrile-water（65 ： 35） was used as a mobile phase . The detection wave - length was at 322 nm and the flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min. The temperature of column was room temperature. Results The injection volume of osthole with-in the range of 0. 04 -0.8ug had a linear relation with peak area,the correlation coefficient was 1.0, the average recovery rate was101.2% ,RSD was2. 2%. Conclusion This method is simple and swift, the separating and recur was good, and the result was accurate and reliable. It is can be used for the quality control of FuJin Lotion.
