摘　　要：目的研究DYS716,DYS7212个Y-STR基因座在山西汉族人群中的多态性,获得其基因频率和单倍型频率,探讨其法医学应用的可行性。方法DNA来自114名山西汉族健康男性血液,进行聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增,非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)分型,银染显带后保存。按照ISFG原则命名等位基因。结果研究发现山西地区114名汉族男性DYS716,DYS721分别有5个等位基因。其等位基因频率分别是DYS716:15-0.0263,16-0.1754,17-0.5263,18-0.2456,19-0.0263;DYS721:9-0.0526,10-0.5351,11-0.2193,12-0.1842,13-0.009;DP值分别为0.6361,0.6344。在114名个体里共发现了17个单倍型,其DP值是0.8810。20名女性对照无扩增产物。Objective Through the research of the new two Y-STR loci（DYS716, DYS721）,we obtained their frequencies, baplotypes and forensic parameters. The possibility in forensic practice was evaluated. Methods Genomie DNA PCR products were analyzed by non-denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis （PAGE） and visualized by silver staining. Alleles were nominated according to the recommendations of the ISFG. Results Five alleles were observed in Y-STR loci, respectively. Their frequencies are DYST16 15-0. 026 3, 16-0. 175 4, 17- 0. 526 3,18-0. 245 6,19-0. 026 3;DYS721：9-0. 052 6,10-0. 535 1,11-0. 219 3,12-0. 184 2,13-0. 009. The DP value are 0. 636 1 and 0. 634 4, respectively. Seventeen haplotypes were found in 114 individuals of Sbanxi Han population. The DP value is 0. 881 0. PCR products were not found in 20 female DNA.
