摘  要:分析了氯化钾生产中两效蒸发工艺单位产品消耗燃煤过高的原因,提出由两效工艺改三效蒸发工艺,调整蒸发罐的结构,单位产品消耗燃煤降低30%以上;同时提出也可由两效蒸发工艺改热泵技术单效蒸发工艺,除热泵启动时消耗一部分锅炉生蒸汽外,生产时产品不消耗燃煤,单位产品的综合成本可以降低50%以上。We analyzed the causes of high coal consumption of unit production of producing potassium chloride by two - effect evaporation technology and put forward the improvement of two - effect evaporation technology instead of three - effect evaporation technology and the adjustment of the structure of evaporating pot. The results showed that the coal consumption of unit production was reduced by 30% at least. We also proposed that we can use the technology of single effect evaporation with heat pump. By using the technology, there is no coal consumption in the production except for consuming some fresh vapor of boiler when the heat pump started, so the comprehensive cost of unit production can be decreased more than 50%.
