摘 要:介绍渗透汽化与精馏集成过程的相关工艺路线和该技术的研究应用和进展,并拟对不同工艺的性能特点进行了比较和论述,最后提出了一些渗透汽化与精馏集成技术所面临的难题的解决措施,为该技术的进一步发展提供参考。The hybrid process of distillation-pervaporation as well as its current and forthcoming applications in chemical industry were introduced. Emphasis is given to the economic potential analysis through cost comparison between the pervaporation-based hybrid process and the traditional separation processes. Finally, the performance bottleneck in the pervaporation techniques is discussed and available solutions together with some optimization processes are summarized, this can be served as a reference for the further development of this technology.
