摘 要:采用金属原位分析仪对含铝夹杂物的参考物样品进行分析,详细探讨了火花光谱净强度分布与夹杂物粒径分布的内在规律。结合金相检测结果,对参考物样品中夹杂物粒径分布进行统计,建立相关数学模型。该数学模型表明原位分析中火花光谱净强度与铝夹杂物粒径存在线性关系。将数学模型应用到合金钢的研究,实现了钢中铝夹杂物粒径分布的统计分析。在此基础上得出钢中铝夹杂物最大粒径的计算方法,并计算出金属原位分析仪在分析钢中夹杂物粒径时的检出限。A reference materials containing aluminium inclusions was studied with metal original position analyzer. The correlation between distribution law of net spark intensity and inclusions size was particularly discussed in the reference material. In combination with the results from metallographic examination, a mathematic model for inclusions size distribution was established. The model showed the linear relationship between inclusions size and net spark intensity detected by original analysis. By employing the mathematic model in steel alloy analysis, the size distribution of aluminum inclusions in steel was statistically analyzed. Consequently, a calculation method for maximum size of aluminum inclusions in steel and the detection limit for analysis of the inclusion size were obtained by metal original position analyzer.
