摘  要:人工模拟酶是为了顺应克服传统酶对热敏感、稳定性差、来源有限以及催化条件局限性等缺点的需要,而研制和开发的一种新型催化剂。简要地概述模拟酶研究的理论基础,并分别从小分子仿酶体系,大分子仿酶体系,以及当今的研究热点抗体酶等几个方面对人工模拟酶模型的研究进展作了简要介绍。Artificial enzyme was a new type of catalyst developed and researched, which overcame the shortcomings such as the traditional heat-sensitive, poor stability, the limited sources, as well as the limitations of the conditions. Theoretical basis in research was briefly outlined, respectively from the aspects of small molecules, large molecules like-enzyme system, as well as the present burning points in antibody enzyme research, the research progress of artificial enzyme model was briefly described.
