摘　　要：热应激是畜禽对不利于其生理活动的高温环境所产生的1种非特异性活动,严重影响畜禽的健康和生产,给养殖业造成巨大的经济损失。阐述了热应激产生的原因,分析了热应激的生理作用机制及其对畜禽的影响,从营养调控、饲养管理调控和建立耐热动物群体3方面提出了热应激的调控措施。Heat stress in livestock and poultry is a nonspecific activity to high temperature environment, which seriously affects the health and production of livestock and poultry, and causes great economic loss in cultivation industry. The cause, the physiological mechanism, and the effects of heat stress are analyzed. The regulation measures of heat stress including nutrition regulation, feeding and management and building heat-resistant animal population are put forward.
