摘 要:研究了稀土偶联剂WOT对聚丙烯(PP)氢/氧化镁(MH)复合阻燃材料性能的影响。结果表明,MH经过WOT改性后,阻燃材料的物理机械性能和加工流动性能得到了改善,阻燃性能也有所提高。同时根据三相界面模型理论,研究了加入助偶联剂后复合材料的冲击强度和氧指数的变化情况,结果显示二者均得到进一步地提高。The effect of rare earth coupling agent WOT and its co - agent on the properties of polypropylene (PP)/magnesium hydroxide ( MH ) flame - retardant composites was studied. The results showed that the WOT modified MH could significantly improve the mechanical properties and processing behavior of PP/MH composites and had little effect on flame retardence of the composites. Meanwhile, according to a model of three - phase - interface, the impact strength and oxygen index of the composites after adding co - coupling agent were investigated, and its results indicated that both the tow properties were further improved.
