摘 要:采用固定床反应器,对环戊二烯2次选择加氢制备环戊烯的工艺进行了研究,并对催化剂性能进行了评价。结果表明,在第一次加氢反应中,采用WB-1型催化剂,最佳反应条件为:氢烃比1.5~2.0,反应压力0.8~1.0 MPa,空速4~6 h-1,温度55~60℃。在此条件下,环戊二烯转化率为94%~97%,环戊烯选择性为87%~93%。在第二次加氢反应中,选用QSH-01型催化剂,最佳反应条件为:氢烃比4,压力1.5 MPa,空速2 h-1,温度80℃。在此条件下,第一次加氢反应后剩余的微量环戊二烯转化率大于98%。两段反应环戊二烯的总转化率大于99.5%,环戊烯总收率在85%以上。The cyclopentene was prepared via the selective hydrogenation of eyclopentadiene in a fixed bed reactor. The catalyzer properties were evaluated. The results showed that under the optimum conditions of H2/eyelopentadiene (mole ratio) 1.5 - 2.0, pressure 0.8 - 1.0 MPa, space velocity 4 - 6 h^-1, temperature 55 -60℃ in the first hydrogenation reaction,cyclopentadiene conversion was 94% -97% and cyclopentene selectivity was 87% -93% over catalyzer WB - 1. In the second hydrogenation reaction,the surplus cyclopentadiene conversion was more than 98% over catalyzer QSH - 01 under the optimum conditions of H2/cyclopentadiene ( mole ratio) 4, pressure 1.5 MPa, space velocity 2 h^-1, temperature 80 ℃. The cyclopentadiene total conversion and the cyclopentene total yield of the tow steps were more than 99.5% ,85% respectively.
