摘　　要：研究了在外场更换和修理某型涡扇发动机各级风扇叶片的技术。通过研制必要的工装,采取适当的工艺,在外场迅速、有效地排除了某型涡扇发动机第1～4级压气机风扇叶片打伤故障,更换了低压单元体和相关零部件,大幅度缩短了检修周期,节省了检修费用。The field replacing and repairing technologies of various stages fan blades for an turbofan engine were studied. The foreign-object damage of the 1st to 4th stage compressor fan blades was eliminated expeditiously in field by developing the requisite tooling and adopting the suitable process and the LP module and correlation parts were replaced. The technologies can shorten substancially the time between overhauls and can also save the cost.
