摘　　要：近年来,丝状真菌的分子生物学研究发展非常迅速,特别是丝状真菌的遗传转化研究取得了很大的进步。同时,丝状真菌遗传转化是一种有效的分子生物学手段。对丝状真菌遗传转化系统的最新研究进展进行综述,包括丝状真菌的转化方法、选择标记、基因标签的获得方法等。The development of filamentous fungi＇s molecular biological research is so rapid, especially the study on the genetic transformation of filamentous fungi, as an effective method in the molecular bi- ological studies, has made a very big progress in the most resent years. Here, some progresses on the research of genetic transformation of filamentous fungi were introduced, including some transformation methods, selective markers and the methods of getting gene tag.
