摘  要:研究了三维机织预制体孔隙结构对CVI及树脂浸渍增密速率的影响,并利用偏光显微镜和电镜对三维机织微观结构进行观察。结果发现,三向正交机织(SZJ)预制体由于孔隙分布较窄,且气孔平直,使其致密化速度较快;角联锁机织(JLS)预制体由于经纬交织成网状结构,孔隙分布较宽,且气孔弯曲,使其致密化速度较慢。在偏振光下观察,二者虽然都获得粗糙层结构热解炭,但微观结构仍存在差别,三维角联锁C/C复合材料与三向正交C/C复合材料比较,前者消光角大,形貌更为粗糙,更富有层次感。The influence of pore-structure in 3D woven preform on CVI and resin densification rate was studied. The microstructures of two kinds of C/C composites were observed by means of polarized light microscopy and SEM. The results show that densification rate of the 3D orthogonal preform is faster because of its narrow and parallel cavity, whereas that of the 3D angle interlock preform is lower because of its wide and curve cavity. The observation with polarized light microscopy shows that the microstructures of two kinds of C/C composites are obviously different. Compared with 3D orthogonal structural C/C composite, 3D angle interlock structural C/C composite presents rougher appearance and bigger extinction angles as well as more hierarchy structure.
