摘　　要：介绍了电厂技术监督的管理现状,提出了电厂化学监督目前存在的主要问题及解决问题的对策,即采用全面质量管理、标准化管理、对标化管理、对标管理,提升集团电厂化学监督的技术水平,加强技术管理与应用。The paper introduced to the current management situation in power plant chemical technology supervision, pointed out the problems existing now in the line and proposed the countermeasures, that is, applying the total quality management, standard management and contrasting to the others＇level to promoting the technical level of the power plant chemical technology supervision in China Huadian Corporation.
