摘 要:采用高速淬冷法制备了催化剂前体Ni-M-Al合金,经碱活化处理后得到改性骨架镍催化剂。将该催化剂用于对硝基乙酰苯胺(p-NAT)液相加氢制备对氨基乙酰苯胺(p-AAT)的反应。考察了溶剂、原料及催化剂用量、反应温度、系统压力对反应的影响,以及不同反应温度下p-NAT浓度与反应时间的关系曲线,并优化了反应条件。以甲醇为溶剂,在60℃,1.0MPa,m(催化剂)/m(p-NAT)=1/10时,反应24分钟,p-NAT的转化率为100%,p-AAT的选择性达99.5%。p-Nitroacetanilide (p-NAT) was hydrogenated to p-aminoacetanilide (p-AAT) using modified skeletal nickel (S-Ni) as catalyst. The modified S-Ni catalyst was prepared through activation treatment of rapidly quenched Ni-M-Al alloy precursor in NaOH solution. Effects of solvent, amount of catalyst and substrate, reaction temperature and pressure on the reaction, as well as concentration of p- NAT as a function of reaction time under different reaction temperatures, were studied. Under the optimized conditions (60℃, 1.0 MPa, re(cat. )/m(p-NAT) = 1/10 and methanol as solvent) ,99.5% selectivity of p-AAT with 100% p-NAT conversion was obtained in 24 minutes.
