摘　　要：编辑的信息素养正在成为其自身素质结构中重要的组成部分。培养和提高编辑的信息素养,使其具备信息化社会的生存能力、终身学习和自我提升能力,已成为新时期编辑人才培养的重要目标。提高编辑的信息素养是信息时代对编辑提出的要求,是出版产业信息化发展的重要保证,是深化出版业改革的需要。Editors/information literacy is increasingly becoming an important component of their own quality structure. Developing and enhancing editors＇information literacy to qualify themselves with ability of existing and life - long learning and self - improvement in an information -based society have become an important training goal in this new age. Improving editors＂ information literacy is the requirement of the information age, the important guarantee of the development of the information publishing industry, and the need of deepening reform of the publishing industry.
