摘　　要：通过工程实例讨论了合理采购对于减少施工企业材料采购成本的问题。分析了施工过程开始阶段、中间阶段、结束阶段建筑材料消耗的特点,利用库存论和线性规划方法解决某工程项目材料采购问题,实现了采购总成本最小化。最后,提出了应用库存论和线性规划需要注意的影响因素。Reasonable materials purchase is necessary for construction enterprises to reduce costs, which is elaborated by some project examples. Building material consumption＇s characteristic is analyzed in the beginning, intermediate and end stage of the construction process. Reasonable materials purchase in a project management is solved by inventory theory and linear programming and the minimum total cost of procurement is achieved. Finally, impact of some factors should be paid attention in the application of inventory theory and linear programming.
