摘　　要：本文分析了国家精品课程资源网络化共享在观念上和操作上的障碍,得出"运营成本大于收益"的症结所在,进而提出国家资助和使用者付费两种"收益补偿成本"的信息共享机制。This paper begins with the barriers of the top-quality courses＇ online sharing in two aspects of thinking and operating. Then comes to a conclusion, only if the cost and the income are well matched, can online sharing last long. Finally, strategies are given to solve the problem of ＇match＇.
