摘 要:分别模拟油气田井下及地面工况条件,利用高温高压动态腐蚀试验,测试火箭动力综合提高原油采收率装置产生的多元热流体中CO2对地面管线及井下管柱的腐蚀性。结果表明:本试验条件下,多元热流体对油套管钢(N80)的腐蚀速率最高值出现在60℃、10 MPa2、4 h,为0.459mm/a;1 MPa,50℃条件下,多元热流体对地面管线钢(A3)的腐蚀速率为0.161mm/a;缓蚀剂筛选结果表明,缓蚀剂9BS缓蚀效果非常明显,加药量为35 mg/L时,缓蚀率为94.59%。The downhole and ground work conditions were simulated to test the influence of CO2 corrosion on ground pipelines and downhole pipe strings under high temperature and high pressure dynamic experiment conditions. And the CO2 in multihot fluid was genetated by enhanced oil recovery facility which was propelled by rocket dynamics. The results show that the maximum corrosion rate of N80 oil tube steel reached 0. 459 mm/a under the pressure of 10 MPa at 60 ℃ for 24 h. And under the condition of 1 MPa and 50 ℃, the corrosion rate of A3 steel was 0. 161 mm/a due to the influence of multihot fluid. The selection of corrosion inhibitors show that ,the effect of 9BS inhibitor was obvious, the corrosion inhibition rate was 94. 59% at the dosage of 35 mg/L.
