摘　　要：某型船用主锅炉过热器管束普遍存在短时间非正常破损现象。通过对该主锅炉过热器管束的勘查和腐蚀产物分析,认为破管的主要原因是管壁温度过高、过热蒸气中的氧和氯离子的协同作用结果。据此提出了改进措施和建议。The phenomena of abnormal damage of boiler superheat-tubes in some ship are prevalent. The reason of abnormal corrosion was studied by means of survey and analysis of corrosion product. It was concluded that the corrosion damage was due to the high temperatme of tube walls, synergic action of oxygen and chloride in superheated vapor. Some proposals were put forward.
