普及食用加碘盐后成人甲状腺吸碘率正常值调查

摘　　要：目的确定焦作地区普及食用加碘盐后成人甲状腺吸碘率正常值。方法用标准测量方法检测288名某单位职工的甲状腺吸碘率。结果测得成人2h、4h、24h的吸碘率正常值分别是:(2.0～8.2)%,(4.4～13.0)%,(10.3～34.4)%。结论普及食用加碘盐后成人甲状腺吸碘率正常值较普及食用加碘盐前明显降低。建议焦作地区普及食用加碘盐后成人2h、4h、24h的甲状腺吸碘率正常范围分别修改为(2.0～8.2)%,(4.4～13.0)%,(10.3～34.4)%。我们调查的人数多,代表性强,指标完备,是其他类似项目所不及的,这一正常值也可供全国其他类似地区使用。Objective To confirm the normal value of the adult＇ s thymidal rate of iodine uptake after universal iodine salt in JiaoZuo. Methods Test the rate of iodine uptake on the standad manner. Result The 2h,4h and 24h rate of iodine uptake normal value is respectively （2.0 to 8.2）%, （4.4 to 13.0）%, （10.3 to 34.4）%. Conclusions The normal value of the adult＇s thyroidal rate of iodine uptake after universal iodine salt has reduced in evidence. Advise the 2h,4h and 24h rate of iodine uptake normal value to modification to （2.0 to 8.2）%, （4.4 to 13.0）%, （10.3 to 34.4）% in JiaoZuo.
