摘　　要：目的：通过方法学比较实验对我科新旧两种全自动血液细胞分析仪测定WBC的值进行准确度和相关性分析、比较，确定两种仪器的值是否具有一致性。方法：收集40例临床全盖标本，分别用全自动血液细胞分析仪BC-3000^plus与BC-2000同时测定全血中WBC含量，分析两组结果相关性和检测结果的一致性。结果：两种方法所得结果相关性良好（r=0.9986），两种结果预期偏差在允许偏差范围内，可以接受。结论：在严格操作规程进行校准和质控在控条件的前提下，使用这两种血常规分析仪测定WBC，结果基本一致，在同一室验室可以同时使用两种仪器检测WBC。Objective： To make accuracy and correlation analysis on the value of WBC using the old and new automatic blood cell analyzer and see whether the results of the two ways are the same or not. Methods： Collecting 40 cases of clinical blood samples and using BC-3000Plus and BC-2000 to test the quantity of WBC. Results： The correlation between the two methods is satisfactory （r=0.9986）. Conclusion： The results of the two analyzers in testing WBC are fundamentally the same, and both of them can be applied to test WBC.
