玉屏风散中黄芪剂量对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：采用噻唑蓝比色法和花环形成试验，观察了不同剂量黄芪配伍的玉屏风散对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞活性及膜表面Fc受体和C3b受体的影响；结果显示：以传统常规剂量黄芪配伍的玉屏风散，能显著增强腹腔巨噬细胞功能；减少黄芪剂量，组方作用降低；增加黄芪剂量，并不增强免疫功能。This paper reported the influence of Yupinfeng pulvis (YPFP) containing different doses ofHuangqi on the function of peritoneal macrophage in mice. The results showed that YPFP could enhancethe activity of macrophage Fc and C_3b receptors. The dose of Huangqi in traditional prescription had thebest effect. The effect of YPFP would not be increasing when the dose of Huangqi decreased or increased.
