摘　　要：目的探讨经皮改良Seldinger股动脉穿刺术的可行性。方法对南京军区南京总医院DSA室882例病人行经皮改良Seldinger股动脉穿刺术的临床结果进行分析。统计学结果行配对资料的t检验。结果一次经皮改良Seldinger股动脉穿刺术穿刺成功率占88%(776/882),其中男性一次穿刺成功率91.6%(434/474),女性一次成功率83.8%(342/408);二次以上穿刺成功率12%(106/882)。男女两组一次穿刺成功率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论经皮改良Seldinger股动脉穿刺术可以代替改良Seldinger法,穿刺手术成功率高,手术并发症低。Objective To approach the feasibility of modified percutaneous femoral artery puncture with Seldinger technique. Methods The study included 882 cases underwent modified percutaneous femoral artery puncture with Seldinger technique in the DSA department of Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region. The statistics results were done by match-pair t test. Results The primary success rate of modified percutaneous femoral artery puncture with Seldinger technique was 88 （776/882） with male group 91.6（434/474） and female group 83.8 （342/408）. The second or above success rate was 12（106/882）. There was no significant difference in statistics between two groups （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion The modified percutaneous femoral artery puncture with Seldinger technique may replace the modified percutaneous femoral artery puncture. The success rate is high with few operational complications.
