摘 要:[目的]为提高栽培高山红景天的经济价值,研究了采收前短期红膜遮阴处理对高山红景天根生物量、红景天苷含量及产量的影响。[方法]对高山红景天分别进行了10、20、30和40 d的红膜遮阴处理,测定了雌株和雄株高山红景天根中红景天苷的含量和产量。[结果]红膜遮阴处理显著提高了高山红景天根中红景天苷的含量和产量,并且无论是雌株还是雄株,高山红景天根中红景天苷的产量均表现为在红膜遮阴处理20 d时最高,增幅分别达到21.21%和32.91%。[结论]从生产实际出发,在收获前20 d对高山红景天进行遮红膜处理,有利于提高红景天苷的产量。[Objective] The study aims to research the effect of short-term red film treatment on biomass in R.sachalinensis root and salidroside content and yield in order to enhance the economic value of R.sachalinensis.[Method] R.sachalinensis is treated with red film shading for 10,20,30 and 40 days,then determining the salidroside content and yield in female and male plants of R.sachalinensis.[Result] The results show that the salidroside content and yield are enhanced by red film treatment.The salidroside yield in roots of female and male plant appears the highest in 20 days of treatment with red film.The increased degree is 21.21% and 32.91%,respectively.[Conclusion] Considering practical production,it is helpful for increasing the salidroside yield with film shading treatment for 20 days before harvest.
