摘  要:[目的]探讨3.95%病毒必克对烟草花叶病毒病的防治效果。[方法]以白肋烟KY26为供试品种,以清水为对照,分别用3.95%的病毒必克500倍液和700倍液,3.95%病毒必克500倍液+10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂1000倍液处理烟草花叶病毒病,研究3.95%病毒必克对烟草花叶病毒病的防治效果。[结果]3.95%病毒必克500倍和700倍液对烟草花叶病毒病都具有一定的防效,病情指数与对照有显著差异,其中3.95%病毒必克500倍液的效果最显著,病情指数由对照的26.1降至7.2,发病率由50.2%下降到23.3%,防治效果为72.4%;用3.95%病毒必克500倍液+10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂1000倍液处理后,其防治效果高于3.95%病毒必克500倍液,为76.6%。[结论]该研究为烟草花叶病毒病的有效防治奠定了基础。[Objective] The aim was to discuss the controlling effect of 3.95% Viruside WP on tobacco mosaic virus disease.[Method] With burley tobacco KY26 as tested variety and clear water as CK,3.95% Viruside diluted 500 and 700 times and 3.95% Viruside diluted 500 times + 10% imidacloprid WP diluted 1 000 times were used to treat tobacco mosaic virus disease.The controlling effect of 3.95% Viruside WP on tobacco mosaic virus disease was studied.[Result] 3.95% Viruside diluted 500 and 700 times all had certain controlling effect on tobacco mosaic virus disease and the disease index was significantly different with that of the control.Among them,the controlling effect of 3.95% Viruside diluted 500 times was most significant and the disease index was decreased from 26.1 of the control to 7.2,the incidence was decreased from 50.2% to 23.3% and then the controlling effect was 72.4%.The controlling effect of the treatment of 3.95% Viruside diluted 500 times + 10% imidacloprid WP diluted 1 000 times was higher than that of 3.95% Viruside diluted 500 times,being 76.6%.[Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for the effective control of tobacco mosaic virus disease.
