区域土地资源可持续利用潜力评价研究——以广西北部湾经济区为例

摘　　要：进行土地资源可持续利用潜力评价,有助于考察土地资源利用现状与理想的可持续利用状况的差距。从土地利用条件、土地利用结构与程度、土地利用效益、土地可持续利用潜力4个方面构建土地资源可持续利用评价指标体系,用信息熵法和层次分析法分别确定指标层和准则层的权重,引入各指标的合理值,运用综合评价法对广西北部湾经济区进行区域土地资源可持续利用潜力评价。结果表明:广西北部湾经济区土地资源可持续利用潜力处于可持续利用的发展阶段,其中南宁市、北海市处于基本可持续利用阶段,钦州市处于可持续利用的发展阶段,防城港市处于可持续利用的起步阶段。Researching potential evaluation sustainable exploitation of land resources can help to investigate the differences of sustainable exploitation between current and ideal situation of land resources exploitation.It can construct the evaluation index system on sustainable exploitation of land resources from four aspects such as： conditions,structure and degree,benefit and potential of land sustainable exploitation.Determining the weight of index and criterion layers with information entropy method and introducing the reasonable value of all indices,it evaluates potential of sustainable exploitation of region land resources in Guangxi Beibuwan economic region with evaluation method.The results show that potential of sustainable exploitation of region land resources in Guangxi Beibuwan economic region is at the stage of sustainable exploitation development,Nanning and Beihai city is at basic stage of sustainable exploitation,Qinzhou city is at the stage of sustainable exploitation development and Fangcheng city is at the stage of initial step of sustainable exploitation.
