摘 要:[目的]为农村低成本的马铃薯贮藏提供技术依据。[方法]在研究了贵州商品马铃薯贮藏中重量损失与温度、湿度关系的基础上,用CIPC抑芽剂进行了抑芽试验。[结果]高湿、低温条件下贮藏的薯块较新鲜且重量损失较少,CIPC抑芽剂抑芽效果明显。[结论]马铃薯贮藏中重量损失与温度、湿度有直接的关系,CIPC抑芽剂成本低且抑芽效果明显,可以在商品马铃薯贮藏中广泛推广使用。[Objective] The reference for the low cost storage of potato in rural region was provided through the experiment.[Method] The experiment in the inhibition of potato bud growth with inhibitor-CIPC was conducted based on the research on the relationship among the weight lost and temperature,humidity in the potato storage process.[Results] The storage condition of high humidity and low temperature caused the less lost of fresh potato and the CIPC had significant effect on the inhibition of potato bud growth.[Conclusion] There was the direct relationship between the weight lost and temperature,humidity in the potato storage process and the inhibitor-CIPC could be widely applied because of its significant efficiency in the potato storage process.
