摘　　要：在分析湿地与湿地旅游开发的定义与含义的基础上,探讨了湿地旅游可持续开发原则与策略,指出湿地旅游开发要在保护的基础上适度利用资源,通过合理的规划、管理、公众参与和法规保障等措施来实现湿地旅游的可持续发展。The study discusses sustainable development principles and tactics of wetland tourism based on the analysis of definition and meaning of wetland.Resources should be utilized moderately in the process of wetland tourism development on the basis of preservation.Sustainable development should be achieved by the reasonable planning,management,public participation and legal protection.
