闭合性肝外伤103例诊治体会

摘　　要：目的探讨闭合性肝外伤的诊断和治疗经验。方法回顾性分析我院1993年1月～2008年11月间收治的103例闭合性肝外伤的治疗方法和治疗结果。结果本组103例患者中,手术治疗94例,非手术治疗9例,治愈99例,死亡4例。结论判断有无肝外伤及其损伤的严重程度、有无合并腹腔内其它脏器损伤、尽快明确诊断,及时合理的临床决策是降低并发症的发生率和死亡率的关键,对于严重多发伤应行损伤控制性手术。Objective To explore the ideal effective treatment of liver trauma. Methods The injury state, treating methods, effect and death causes of 103 patients with liver trauma were retrospectively analysed. Results Of the patients, 94 cases treated with operation, 99 cases were cured totally and 4 cases died. Conclusions The availability of liver injury and breaking the seriousness of the injury, whether the merger of the other intraabdominal organ injury, timely and rational clinical decision-making is to reduce the incidence of complications and mortality in the key, for severe multiple trauma should be held in damage control surgery.
