摘 要:目的研究营养干预对高脂血症患者脂代谢和体重指数的影响。方法115例高脂血症患者随机分为营养干预组和对照组,观察干预前后血脂和体重指数的变化。结果营养干预组患者干预2个月后体重指数(BMI)、血清总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平显著下降(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著上升(P<0.05);而且,干预后BMI、血清TC和LDL-C水平显著低于同期对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C水平显著高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论饮食结构和生活习惯的改善将有效纠正高脂血症患者的肥胖和脂代谢紊乱。Objective To study the effects of nutrition intervention on lipid metabolism and body mass index(BMI) in patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 115 patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups: nutrition intervention group and control group. Before and after 2 months'intervention, blood lipid and BMI were measured.Results After nutrition intervention,BMI,serurn total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in intervention group were lower than before intervention and control group (P〈0.05),while high- density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were higher than before intervention and control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Nutrition intervention can effectively control weight and better lipid metabolism.
