初产妇胎头浮动对分娩的影响

摘　　要：目的了解初产妇胎头浮动发生因素以及对分娩的影响,探讨产时如何采取合理措施有利分娩。方法回顾性分析本院187例初产妇胎头浮动患者的临床资料。结果187例患者中顺产88例,剖宫产60例,胎头吸引助产28例,产钳产11例。结论胎头浮动可使产程延长、头位难产率增加,但胎头浮动并不是剖宫产指征,往往需要试产方能得出最后结论。Objective To understand the occurrence of floating head primipara factors and the impact on the delivery to explore how the middle class to take reasonable measures to maternity benefit. Methods The clinical data of 187 cases of hospital primipara floating head were retrospectivly analysized. Results Among 187 cases of patients, 88 cases were normal labor, cesarean section 60 cases, 28 cases of fetal head to attract midwifery, 11 eases of forceps births. Conclusion The fetal head floating can extend the birth process, increase the rate of the first bit dystocia, but fetal head floating is not the indication for cesarean section, it often requires trial production in order to draw final conclusion.
