复查KUB+经瘘道造影对提高多发肾结石并尿毒症患者二期取石率的观察

摘　　要：目的评价复查KUB+经瘘道造影对提高多发肾结石并肾积水尿毒症患者的二期经瘘道成功率。方法自2006年4月～2008年4月对26对多发性肾结石并肾积水尿毒症的患者行二期经瘘道取石。结果复查KUB+经瘘道造影的结石取净率80.26%,术中无重大并发症;没复查X线检查患者的结石取净率50.00%,有二例因出血中途转开放术。结论复查KUB+经瘘道造影后进行二期经瘘道取石可明显提高多发肾结石并肾积水尿毒患者的取石率.objective To evaluate the value of reexamined the KUB and Radiofistula before operation to rise The Second Time Operation Success Rate by fistula for more than two kidney stones and urine stored up too much in kidney lead to toxuria sufferers. Materials and methods for 26 pairs of more than two kidney stones and urine stored up too much in kidney lead to toxuria sufferers do second operations. Results there is 80.26% sufferers who had reexamined the KUB and radiofistula had successed and had no serious complication ,the others just is 50.00% and two sufferers had to get an open operation because of bleeding. Conlution reexamined the KUB and radiofistula before the second operation by fistula could obvious improve the success rate for more than two kidney stones and urine store up too much in kidney lead to toxuria sufferers
