植物染料复合染色的若干问题

摘　　要：为丰富植物染料的色谱,应用DL-CT蓝色植物染料和HHH-CT黄色植物染料对羊毛织物进行复合染色,研究了复合染色在植物染料上的应用。对DL-CT蓝色植物染料和HHH-CT黄色植物染料复合染色的基本原理和工艺技术进行了探讨。分析了染料用量、媒染剂用量等工艺参数对羊毛织物色泽的影响,并通过正交试验优化了工艺;还对还原性植物染料DL-CT新型染色方法进行了探讨。结果表明:DL-CT蓝色植物染料和HHH-CT黄色植物染料通过复合染色可以得到不同的染色色泽,为丰富植物染料的色谱提供了新的途径。To enrich the color of natural dyes, this paper applied composite dyeing to dye blue natural dye DL- CT and yellow natural dye HHH - CT on wool fabric, and discussed their principle and technique. The effects of the two natural dye＇s concentration and values of the dyed fabrics were measured and co mordant＇s concentration were also studied. Colour strength mpared with each other. The technological parameters were optimized by the orthogonal experiment. This paper also used a new method to dye the blue natural dye DL- CT. The results indicated that a broad variation in shade and colour depth ean be achieved by applying the composite dyeing, and it also provided a new method to enrich the color of the natural dyes.
