摘 要:棉纤维与羊毛纤维在结构和性质上的差异,导致了他们染色工艺的不同。通过测试B型活性染料在pH值11和60℃条件下处理30 min后对棉纤维染色的固色率,以及羊毛在相同条件染色后的断裂强度,认为B型活性染料应用于棉/毛织物一浴两步法染色是可行的。通过模拟对棉/毛50/50和80/20 2种混纺比织物在一浴两步法染色中pH值的控制,达到了2种纤维混纺织物同色效果。Cotton and wool dyeing at different conditions are due to they have different structural characteristics. After determination of fixation rate of reactive dyes on cotton which dyeing in the dyeing liquor that have been treated under the condition of pH value 11, temperature 60℃, 30 min, and determination of strength at rupture of wool fabric that have been treated under the same condition, the results show that one bath two stage dyeing process of cotton/wool blended fabric with B type reactive dyes is feasible. Match cotton and wool fabrics(50/50,80/50)that can be dyed to the same shade by controlling pH value of dye bath.
