摘　　要：利用Amicor的抗菌性能,偏氯纶的仿羊绒和高保温效果,丝光羊毛和羊绒高贵、舒适的特性,进行科学的比例搭配,采用半精纺工艺纺制出了抗菌保温纱。为了增加服用性能,使天然纤维尽量分布在纱线外层,采用了特殊的双粗纱流程,对粗纱机的喂入装置进行改造,且对粗纱机纺制包芯纱的工艺进行了研究,纺出了包覆效果较好的粗纱条。对细纱工序进行工艺优化,纺制出了保温效果良好的混纺纱,为冬季羊绒产品增添了新的品种。Using the antiseptic fiber of Amicor, the cashmere-like and high warming property of polyvinyl chloride fiber, meanwhile the luxury and comfortable performance of mercerizing wool and cashmere, the warm keeping yams are developed with semi-worsted process. In order to improve the wearing charaeteristics, to distribut the nature fiber as outside as possible, the double-roving process is adopted. The feeding mechanism of roving frame is reformed, the corn-spun process on roving frame has been studied, and well-covered roving slivers have been made. Meanwhile, the spinning parameters have been optimized. And the blended yam has been made with well warm keeping. The new winter cashmere product is increased.
